It's a Balloon Bash

Hello, Stampers! I have been wanting to use the sentiments for Birthday Bash for awhile now. I first saw the color challenge over at ColorQ and decided it was time to really expand my challenge horizons. Then the sketch challenge at Pals Paper Arts came out, and that one really intimidated me but hoped combining the two challenges would help me come up with something totally different than what I normally make. My card is a bit of a stretch for the sketch but I think I will give it a shot anyway. Do you ever start with one idea but end up with a card that came out of nowhere? Well, that is this card for me! Seize the Birthday is a challenge blog that I found by accident this week and since it is “anything goes” this week, I thought it would be fun to submit my card there as well.
