Hello, Stampers! I just have a quick post for you today, but wanted to share my Father’s Day card that I sent to my father who lives in Atlanta. He has been a great father to my sisters and me and a fantastic grandfather to seven grandchildren! This card was made with him in mind, bringing some very fond memories over the years.
I love center step cards and should make them more often because they are definitely worth the effort. I kept this card simple and just a little texture. He would definitely balk at too much fuss! Guy Greetings was the main stamp set for this card, but I used Lovely as a Tree for the background and Gorgeous Grunge as well. I used the new Boho Chic embossing folder, which was then lightly distressed with Crumb Cake ink. Delightful Dijon cardstock was used, and inks were Crumb Cake and Early Espresso.
