It’s Retro Rubber Tuesday! We have a great challenge for you, just in time for the holiday weekend – to make a card using your older stamps and make something sparkly or patriotic. We love hearing how and when you got the stamp that you used, too! If you are like me, there is always a sentimental attachment to the ones we love so please share!
I made another card for this challenge that I hope you like and can use for your holiday cards.
There are both current and retired stamp sets used here. The sentiment was easily made with Project Life Day to Day, which is not just for memory keeping, and Crazy About You. The fireworks were from Build a Bouquet. I thought they were a great image to use for fireworks. Be the Star has some wonderful sized stars that coordinate with the Stars Framelits and are great for layering. Everything is popped up with dimensionals for some drama factor! The Top Note punch that surrounds the sentiment is just two punched out then pieced together. This card was fast and easy (my favorite!) to make.
I hope you’ll stop by and check out the rest of the Design Team inspiration over at Retro Rubber Challenge Blog. We would love for you to join us before the challenge closes on Friday, July 3rd.
The Clearance Rack was cleaned out and restocked so go and check it out!
So, I hope you liked my card today! If you did, please take a minute and leave me a comment! I love hearing from you!
