Hello, Stampers! I hope you had a great week! Mine has been truly wonderful and it also just flew by! What is up with that?! But I have a craft table FULL of brand new Stampin’ Up! products from the new Holiday Catalog that were just delivered! I love being a demonstrator – getting the products first is so much fun! I will be digging in soon so I hope you will come back to see. Today’s card is a CAS sympathy card for a friend. I always have trouble making sympathy cards but I hope she likes this one! I used the Remarkable You stamp set, stamped with Memento Black ink onto Shimmery White cardstock, then lightly colored. The sentiment is from Thoughts & Prayers, a must-have stamp set for every stamper! After layering with So Saffron and popping it up with dimensionals, Whisper White Satin Ribbon was added and a bow. Simple but pretty!

BLOG CANDY WINNER!
Thank you all for your very kind comments on my blog last Friday! I had asked what stamp set you would like the Mystery Stamp set to be. I have a winner for the stamp set above and I am sure that you will love it! The winner is:

“Very simple but pretty card. Actually, I like Birthday Blossoms, I don’t have this set but I’ve seen so many great cards with it, that it will be the next stamp set I get.”

Hello Debbie: I know Sympathy cards can be difficult to make, so I too struggle with them. Your card is amazing, so peaceful, so elegant and classy. This types of cards don’t need bling or to much stuff on them, that is why your card is just so beautiful.
Thank you for sharing.
Maria.
I love this card! I seem to always have trouble with sympathy cards and this is simple yet lovely and elegant.
As always Debbie you shown us your beautiful talent for designing the right card.
Thank you.
The softness, beauty and simplicity of this card will definitely help console your friend.
It represents lovely elegance and a heartfelt sentiment. As difficult as sympathy cards can be, I am definitely pinning this for future inspiration.
Ditto everything above. Pinning it right now! Love it!
