Easter Lamb for the Pals Paper Arts

Easter Lamb, Stampin Up

Hello, Stampers! It’s just one week away till Easter Sunday so I wanted to ink the most adorable Easter stamp before it was too late! Don’t you just love this little lamb?! Easter Lamb will definitely be a great stamp to keep in my stash. This card came together very quickly, using one of my favorite DSPs, English Garden. I have used the pack almost entirely now and have to order more before it disappears at the end of May. This year has just flown by – I can’t believe that we are already thinking about the fun NEW stuff we will be getting soon. It will be here before we know it so I will be going through the catalog page by page to make sure I order what I need before it’s too late! If you are needing anything, please feel free to use my Shop Now button or send me an email and I will be very happy to help you.PPA-292-Mar17

I am submitting this card to the Pals Paper Arts sketch challenge, hosted by the very talented Beth Beard. It’s very versatile so I hope you will take a look at the wonderful inspiration then play along, too!

It’s All in the Details

  • This A2 card started out with the Perfect Plum card, layers of Melon Mambo and English Garden DSP.
  • Mossy Meadow cardstock was cut, embossed with Decorative Dots TIEF .
  • The stamp was inked with Perfect Plum then cut with the MFT Mini Scallop Circle framelit. Perfect Plum cardstock was cut with SU Circles Framelits.
  • Whisper White 3/8″ Taffeta Ribbon and Melon Mambo 1/8″ Taffeta Ribbon were cut and adhered to the Mossy Meadow cardstock.
  • Stamped image was popped up with dimensionals over the ribbon.
  • Finishing Touch: Regal designer button and pretty bow from the Artisan Embellishment kit were glued down. The card was fun to make and so easy! I hope you will give it a try!

  1. That lamb is so adorable for Easter. But my tip is to separate the sentiment from the lamb and use it for baby cards… Wouldn’t that be adorable and give more use for this sweet image. You are so right about the year flying by. It’s the first day of Spring which means a new catalog is just around the corner. Sweet card, Debbie… off to pin….

  2. Debbie, the lamb scream nothing but cuteness. Love the layered DSP and Melon Mambo ribbon is the perfect touch! Thank you for playing with the Pals Paper Arts Sketch Challenge.

  3. Love the sweet little lamb, the bow and the stamped envelope! Beautiful! Happy Easter Debbie and thanks for playing along with us this week.
