Inked & Tiled Autumn Card for the MMM Challenge

Hi, Stampers!

A new Make My Monday challenge starts today with the theme “autumn.” If you have seen my last few cards, you know that I am so excited to be past the summer season; my DNA just cannot handle any temperature over 70 F. Now, that said, I am a little disappointed that we went from 80’s to 50’s in 24 hours but maybe the 60’s will be coming soon – you never know in the north! So, I felt I needed to use something other than the Autumn Leaves bundle. I decided to use Inked & Tiled instead and really like how it turned out!

Once you finish here, I hope you visit the Make My Monday Design Team gallery for some great inspiration and play along!

My Secrets!

Let’s start with the card base…

  • Firstly, this A2 Inked & Tiled card started with All About Autumn designer paper, cutting it out with the Radiating Stitches die and layered it onto Crushed Curry cardstock.

And now, the fun part!

  • Once that was done, I stamped the beautiful leaf stamp from the Inked & Tiled stamp set in Crushed Curry ink and “rock and rolled” it in Pumpkin Pie ink. Then, I cut it out with the smaller Radiating Stitches die.
  • After that, I cut out the leaf die twice from the Gorgeously Made die collection with vellum paper and colored them with Pumpkin Pie and Wild Wheat Stampin’ Blends.
  • Then, I layered them behind the leaf panel and popped them up with dimensionals.
  • After that, I stamped the sentiment from Autumn Leaves in Early Espresso ink and cut it out with a die in the Autumn Leaves dies. Then, I make a bow with the Copper Ribbon and popped the sentiment over it.
  • Finally, I add a few of the Solid Gems for a bit of bling.

I’m sharing my card with these challenges:
