Million & One Thanks for the Paper Players

Million & One, Painted Blooms

Hello, Stampers! Wasn’t the Color Challenge last week a fun one? Those colors were so great together and you all showed us some amazing creations! This week we have a challenge that you are going to really enjoy! The super talented Jaydee is hosting such a fun challenge today where we all get to make a Clean and Simple GIRLY thank you card!

This card really is clean and simple – at least for me! I had it made in very little time, due to using the very beautiful Painted Blooms DSP. Using that as the background, it makes the stamp from Million & One look that much more elegant, especially when stamped in Blackberry Bliss. I sponged the Tea Lace Doily with the same color as well, then cut the sentiment with the Window Frame Framelit and popped it up on the doily. A little butterfly was stamped in So Saffron and punched out with the coordinating punch. The last touches were Blackberry Bliss ribbon, bow and a few little rhinestones to really add some girly charm!Million & One, Painted Blooms, Inside

What kind of girly card will you submit?? I bet there is a stamp set that jumped into your mind when you thought about it just now! I hope you’ll stop by and check out the rest of the Design Team inspiration over at The Paper Players. I can hear those creative juices flowing, so hope you to join us before the challenge closes on Friday, May 24th at Noon (PDT).

  1. A beautiful card, Debbie! Really like how the window framelit perfectly follows the swirls on the sentiment–great choice! The Blackberry Bliss is so elegant here too!

  2. I am a big fan of your work. Love the card and especially the box! I’m also loving the Bohemian coordinated products in the new catalog. So glad Mary selected you this week:)

  3. Beautiful card! The colored doily is the perfect frame for the sentiment – and what a gorgeous font on that sentiment!

  4. Debbie you’ve pushed all my buttons for a girly card: flowers, butterflies, doilies and rhinestones! I love every little bit of it!

  5. I love that Blackberry Bliss doily behind the shaped sentiment panel Debbie – this sentiment stamp is one of my favourites and you’ve showcased it beautifully here in this rich colour. Lots of pretty girly touches too!

  6. Debbie, that blackberry bliss doily really makes your focal sentiment pop and the bow grounds it. That background paper adds a touch of lightness – fabulous card, my friend
