I began paper-crafting in 1998 after I decided to stay home to raise my two youngest children and got into memory-keeping their photos, and then started stamping around 2009. These hobbies have been my creative outlet through all stages of my children’s lives. I married my husband, Aly, since 1989 and have four beautiful adult kids – Michael (who passed away in 2021), Holly, Adam and Sarah. Plus Adam and his wife Farah had their first child in January 2021 (I’m a grandmother!!)
My interests have varied over the years with a few crafts beyond stamping and memory keeping, with photography, reading and travel also thrown in the mix. I also stay involved in interfaith activities, volunteer work and help run a food pantry. With my youngest child now in medical school, it’s a great time to be creative, and do something I truly love. My biggest interest will always be my family and will always be very grateful that they are a part of my life.
Stampin’ Up is a family owned company and is celebrating more than 30 years in business. Their commitment to quality, both in products and customer service, is top notch. I am hooked on their coordinating cardstock, design paper, ribbons, punches, dies and, of course, their stamp sets! As a demonstrator, I have early access to all of the new catalogs and with the discount, I can afford more fun stuff! What’s not to love about that??

Debbie, beautiful card! I love your blog and your stamping style. I’m an orphan demonstrator and jealous of the Pretty Pals!
Debbie,
It took me a long time to confirm my subscription to your wonderful blog! For some reason, it kept saying you weren’t available. Finally went through.
Happy to be here.
I am searching for a Turkish tea pot and I can get them in Hamilton – bonus.
Hi Debbie, love your blog.
You got me with your DSP christmas cards from the blog hop. So happy that I “hopped”.
What beautiful cards, do you have the measurements for your Thanksgiving card in the box with the trees and houses that you could give me
Debbie you are very talented, look forward to seeing what you have created, then attempt my version.!!
Love your card today. Your design proves that little touches DO make a difference:)
Do you have a video on your wedding bells card? It’s beautiful but I can’t figure out how it would fold to be mailed.
Thanks
Just discovered you and your wonderful creations. Love your style and attention to detail. Will use some of your ideas to create beautiful cards. TFS
Debbie – I just signed up under Su Mohr. She is creative and has wonderful card ideas just like you do. My best friend has lived in Grand Rapids for years. She lived in Houston for 10+ years and we had a Cross -Stitching and framing business together. Hopefully, I will get to meet you in November in Salt Lake Convention. I live close to the Stampin Up offices in Saratoga Springs, Utah. Have a great day.
