It’s time for a fun photo inspiration challenge at Hand Stamped Sentiments – isn’t it pretty?! There are so many wonderful ideas you can get for your next card, so why not play along! I had such a hard time choosing but decided to get out my Daisy Delight stamp set and coordinating punch, using the colors from the first photo then adding the Crushed Curry color from the gorgeous sunflowers.
My Secrets to Making This Project
- Daisy Delight is back in the catalog! Not only that, it has a new sister stamp set that will make it even more versatile!
- The daisy was made with four layers of the flower punched from Whisper White cardstock. The petals were curled down slightly with my bone folder, then adhered together. The center was punched from the Regals DSP stack with the 3/4″ Circle punch, then curled around the edges. A dimensional holds it into place.

Oh, Debbie!!! This is such a sweet card! LOVE your choice of designer papers to showcase the daisy. And thank goodness that the annual catalog goes live in just a few hours… I can hardly wait for the new daisy items as well as the newly designed color family DSPs! Already pinned for a future CASE!!
It’s a real delight Debbie and I love the bright and fresh colour palette, it’s lovely to see you at Penny Black and More June challenge, although you say the focal element flower is punched, our rules require the focal element to be stamped?

A beautiful and bright entry in to our challenge this month, as Brenda has pointed out, the main focal image appears to be punched though so not eligible for prizes in our rules I’m afraid. Thanks so much for joining us and sharing your work at Penny Black and More this month xxxxx
Hi, Brenda! Thank you for leaving me a comment! I didn’t think about your rule about the daisy not being stamped at all. I love your challenge and will keep that in mind in the future.
I adore the coordinating polka dot center on the daisy!
This is a very pretty card, Debbie. Love that daisies are back. All the elements are wonderful. Enjoy your day!
Really gorgeous layout design! Love that large flower with the butterfly fluttering around! 🙂 Thank you for sharing your creation for the 2 Crafty Critter Crazies challenge this month! HUGS, *Vicki* (DT)
