Stampin’ Up! Latte Love for the Let’s Craft and Create Challenge

Hi, Stampers!

I am excited to tell you all that I have joined Let’s Craft and Create Challenge and they have their first challenge of the year that starts today. This challenge is Anything Goes with an optional theme is “Cheers to You (add a sentiment).” I thought immediately of the sentiment in Throughout the Year stamp set but I had just received the Latte Love bundle and it was perfect for me to use. I love this set and plan on keeping it in my forever stash.

My Secrets!

Let’s start with the card base…

• Firstly, this card started with cardstock cut to 11 x 4-1/4 and scored at 5-1/2. Then, I cut 1-1/4 off the front for another one of my easy fun folds that really creates a focal point.
• After that, I cut Lost Lagoon cardstock to 4 x 4 and the A Little Latte designer paper to 3-13/16 x 3-13/16 and adhered them together.

And now, the fun part!

• Once that was done, I stamped the coffee cup image from Latte Love stamp set and colored them with Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends. After that, I used the stamp that makes the cup look full of coffee with Pecan Pie. Then, they were cropped out with the coordinating Latte Love die.
• I stamped the sentiment from Throughout the Year in Lost Lagoon ink and cropped it out with the Greetings of the Season die twice to get it to the right size for the card front.
• Finally, I added a few of the Pecan Pie Ribboned Dots to add some sparkle.

Then, on the inside…

• So, for the inside, I cut Pecan Pie cardstock to 5-1/4 x 4 and added another patterned paper from the A Little Latte paper, cut to 3-13/16 x 5-1/16.
• Then, I cut a small rectangle from white cardstock with the Deckled Rectangle dies to write a short message.
