Hi, Stampers!

Are you ready for a new Inspiration Station Challenge? We’ve got a brand new photo to get your wheels turning. I’m telling ya, this one was definitely a challenge. In the end, I decided I was trying too hard, just CASE it. Then, I realized that the products I wanted to use were still packed up in our storage unit. Just my luck! I finally got a little creative and think my card turned out cute. I did have to piece some very different products together but isn’t that the fun of creating cards?
So, what about you? What part of the inspiration photo speaks to your creative soul? I’d love to see how it moves you. Your interpretation of the Inspirational Photo is your own so let your creativity flow!

My Secrets!
Let’s start with the card base…
- This card was fast and easy to make! I made the A2 card with cardstock, cut to 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 and scored at 4-1/4.
- The background panel from the Turtle-y Cute paper pack was trimmed down to 5-1/4 x 4 and adhered to the card front.
And now, the fun part!
- My little critter is part of the adorable Woodland Animals die collection by Karen Burniston. I found them on sale during the holidays and grabbed them. You might remember THIS cute card I made with the squirrel. I decided to try using the fox die cut. I cut all of the pieces and colored them with Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends and the ears with Petal Pink. Then, I adhered them together.
- I found the cute top hat in the Snow Much Fun stamp set that retired years ago. It’s one of my favorites and loved the opportunity to ink it up again. The snowman with the hat was inked in Granny Apple Green ink, and I fussy cut the hat, rounding out the brim of the hat. I colored with Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends and popped it up with dimensionals.
- After that, I found the little bow tie in the Cookie Cutter Christmas stamp set. I inked it up with Granny Apple Green and cut it out with the coordinating die.
- The “hello” sentiment from Fabulous Saying was stamped and cropped out with the banner die from Stylish Shapes.
- Finally, I added the gold birds and a dragonfly to finish the card.
I hope to share my card with these challenges:

I was a little stumped on this one too (and that’s funny because I choose the photos LOL) but your interpretation is not only cute but also clever! Thanks for a very inspirational team project for The Inspiration Station March Challenge!
