Springtime Brings the Best Birds & Blooms for the Sisterhood of Crafters

Beautiful Spring Card featuring #Best Birds, #Birds&Blooms, #SecretStamper, #StampinUp

Darlene has chosen our next theme over at the Sisterhood of Crafters – Birds. What a great theme for March! I love all kinds of birds and have birdfeeders all over my yard. Goldfinches are probably one of my favorites so that is what I colored for you today. My all-time favorite bird stamp set is Best Birds, mainly because the images are so big and beautifully detailed. The added advantage is that they come with coordinating thinlits, which makes it a “must have” for me. I love my tools!! I really enjoyed watercoloring this bird and like how this card turned out. So, tell me – what is your favorite bird??

  1. Beautifully colored bird and card!! Your Goldfinch looks like the real thing!! Hard to pick a favorite bird, we have so many here living along the creek, but I love seeing the bluebirds when they appear after a long winter.

  2. Goldfinches are one of my faves too. though they don’t visit my feeders just perch on the fence posts on the drive.
Thanks for sharing your sweet card at Cardz4Guyz. 🙂

  3. You’ve created such a wonderful scene Debbie, I love that masked moon/sun in the background and you coloured your goldfinch so beautifully. I think my favourite birds would be the colourful ones but as I’m not a bird specialist I don’t know their names! LoL! Have a great week. Hugs, Gwendolyn

  4. Debbie, I love this beautiful card. The way your colored the background really makes it a perfect scene. Have a wonderful day!
