It’s a New Work of Art

My life has been more than a little full and definitely hectic lately. I am not sure whether you are aware that I have been living with my son over the last few months while he has been attending classes at the University of Michigan. Almost as soon as I got here, I put my back out and have been struggling with getting it better by going to chiropractors and lots of ice packs! The last couple of weeks have been even more painful for some reason. So, between that and the Creative Crew projects that I had to finish, I have not spent too much free time in my craft room. Do you know what today is? Not only is it the first day that all Stampin’ Up! demonstrators can place limited orders for new product in the new catalog, it is also MOVING DAY! Woohoo, I am going home! I was up early making a card for the Pals Paper Arts challenge this morning because I know that it will take more than just a couple of days to get my craft room back in order. Can you spot the stamp from the brand new stamp set called Work of Art? Work of Art, Gorgeous Grunge, Backyard Basics, Another Great Year

Masculine Wetlands

Wetlands Happy Sunday! Here is the last of my Creative Crew April projects: Holiday Focus: Choose one of the following, show a card, an ensemble, an SB page, or a decor item!  I chose Earth Day: Earth Day is a name used for two different observances, both held annually during spring in the northern hemisphere, and autumn in the southern hemisphere. These are intended to inspire awareness of and appreciation for the Earth’s environment. I am a huge recycler so Earth Day is everyday around my house. This card went masculine when I embossed a paper bag for the background. Sometimes you just have to go with it!
