Santa's ListHello!

With the end of October here, it’s starting to feel a lot like Christmas – so breaking out the new stamp sets, Santa’s List and A Banner Christmas, were the logical choices for me.  Isn’t Santa sweet?  I love this stamp of Santa!  He conjures up lots of wonderful memories of my childhood.

I am entering this card to this week’s Paper Player’s Challenge.  It was a fun sketch and I know that you would love to use it as well.  I started this card using my Color Coach, and the suggestion of Baked Brown Sugar, Garden Green and Cherry Cobbler was a real winner for this card.  I used the new Stylish Stripes Textured Impressions Embossing Folder from the Holiday Mini catalog, then started the layering process.  My favorite element on this card?  It is the CUTE banners!  I will surely be using that stamp again and again.  This card is a fast and easy card to put together.  The little bit of fussy cutting I did on the banners and the Merry stamp were straight edges so it wasn’t time consuming at all.  I really like the vintage feel of the card that the colors play into as well.

If so, I would love to hear them!  There is lots to do before the holidays, so get your cards started early!  If you need any help, just let me know!  I would love to help you to make your holidays less stressful.  Until next time,

Keep calm and craft on!
